Shipping

Brix Wine Store’s courier partner is Fastway Couriers for all deliveries. If the driver comes to your delivery address you are away an “article awaiting” card will be left.
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and if we are in stock of your chosen item they will be shipped the following day. We cannot guarantee time of delivery.

By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions whether as a guest or registered user. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. Brix Wine Store reserves the right to make changes to these conditions at any time, and encourages you to review them regularly. WA: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Customer Service Policy

Brix Wine Store is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days depending on your area; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you immediately to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

By placing an order via this website, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions. Brix Wine Store reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. If we cannot accept or process your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Your ability to purchase products and services from this the website may be terminated at any time by Brix Wine Store without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

An email notification will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address upon receiving your order.

Transactions via the Brix Wine Store are carried out in Australian dollars (AUD$) and processed through an online banking system.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to Freight Charges page for more information. We only deliver within Australia.

Refund and Returns

Brix Wine Store will happily exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace.
